Standard production is based on working days (M-F) 5 days for traditional trophies. 5 days for medals and plaques 8 days for acrylic awards 10 days for crystal awards 10 days for custom apparel 40 days for imported pins, patches and other promotional items 60 days for custom designed products 30 days for custom websites

Yes, we accept RUSH orders. Availability of RUSH service varies depending on the season. Please call one of our showrooms for current availability of RUSH service. We always try and accommodate RUSH needs.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes, we will personally deliver orders valued over $1000 to any location within a 50 mile radius of one of our stores. We will deliver for orders of a lesser value for a nominal fee. Please contact a representative for details. We can ship many items, but often traditional trophies are best delivered.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
